All sales are final and we do not offer refund or exchanged thereafter.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
We pride ourselves and emphasised on providing quality products to our customers. We carefully select and make sure all products are in good condition before shipping it out to customers. If, however for any reasons, you are not satisfied, please be in touched with us beforehand and we will be more than happy to do a product exchange within 7 days of delivery date. Product exchanged are only applicable for new and unopened normal priced product(s).
1. Please kindly contact us for confirmation on any return & exchange products via email [email protected]
2. All new and unopened normal priced products may be exchanged after contacting our customer service beforehand and approved for exchanged.
3. All product may be exchanged only once.
4. We will happily exchange the product with another product of the same value or greater value, after finding it meeting our return and refund policy.
5. All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Products are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode. All product postage and handling fee will be borne by sender. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services to prevent damages. You may also exchange the products at our official outlet at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, which is subjected to the approval by our Customer Service Officer before doing so.
6. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you returned your product and for us to process your return request. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
7. In the rare event or circumstances that your product is missing from your order, please report and contact the Customer Service via email [email protected] on the day of delivery and we will be more than happy to assist you.
8. Miracolo reserves the right on the final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms and conditions are not met.
