Women. Women are one of the most beautiful creations on Earth. God’s gift to men. In Islam, it is believed that God made women from men’s left rib to be his life companion. Although women are often viewed as a ‘weak’ race, I beg to differ. Women can do wondrous things that people often look down on. Women can work, clean, feed, cook, create, give birth to another human being and be anything for that human as they grow up. If anything, women are intelligent and strong.

Another thing about women that we all can agree on is that women are beautiful. Undoubtedly. Each woman is beautiful in her own special way. Maybe it is the shiny dark curly hair, brown eyes, oval face, curvy body, dimpled smile, the personality, or just about everything.

Some women spend a lot of effort and money to beautify themselves, be it for their hair, their face, their thighs, their unwanted body hair, their buttocks, and their waist. Most did it as a gain for their self-confidence, some just love themselves the way they are.

Today is International Women’s Day and we believe that every woman should take good care of their ladies – the boobies or breast, for vanity or for health.

So, in this blog, we want to share our knowledge for all the women out there on natural goodies for their boobies! We face so many problems with our ladies. Sagging, engorgement, too small or too big, too dry, or itchiness. So, for those who wish to make their boobies look ‘better’ for themselves, we will share some tips by using natural products you can use to make your breasts firmer, shapely, healthier, and a special bonus for the breastfeeding mummies, to increase the supply of breast milk.

Breast Firming

Every woman out there experiences sagging breasts. Through the course of a woman’s life, breasts will constantly change and develop. It is natural for the original shape of the breasts to lose elasticity and droop as you age. This is extremely common but can be a source of anxiety for some women. Although some opted to lift their breasts surgically, not all of us have the money or confidence in the safety of the procedure.

So here are several home remedies you can use to make your breasts firmer naturally.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is rich in antioxidants that help protect the body from free radicals that cause cellular damage. To boot with the fatty acids, present in olive oil, it can even reverse the damage caused by free radicals and help with sagging breasts, and it is great to use in massage to firm breasts.

To use:

  1. Place a bit of olive oil in your palm.
  2. Rub your hands together to warm the oil.
  • Massage it on your breasts in upwards and circular motion for 15 minutes to stimulate blood flow and healthy cellular production.

Doing this 4 to 5 times a week will help to improve the lift and facilitate in keeping breasts healthy. Jojoba oil, Argan oil, and Sweet Almond oil can also be used in massage for firmer breasts.

Egg Yolk + Cucumber Mask

Odd, huh? It is well known that cucumber is a natural skin toner. Meanwhile, it should be known that egg yolk has skin nourishing properties due to the presence of proteins and vitamins.

Mixing these two items together will work wonders on firming sagging breasts and the appearance of skin!

To use, simply:

  1. Grind cucumbers to make a puree.
  2. Mix egg yolk with a bit of butter and whisk together with cucumber to make a paste.
  • Apply on breasts and leave for 30 minutes.
  1. Use cold water to dampen your breasts and then massage gently in an upward motion.
  2. Wash the paste off with cold water.
  3. Repeat daily before shower.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is a favorite of many naturally due to its many benefits in beauty. Shea butter is rich in vitamin E, which can help to tighten skin and antioxidants to help prevent damage caused by free radicals.

So, by simply using shea butter, you can reverse the damage caused by free radicals and make your breasts firmer! Simply massage your breasts with shea butter for 10 minutes, then leave it on for another 10 minutes. Finally, wash it off with water. Only use it 4-5 times a week and you will be able to see the change over time!

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is also another one of naturalites’ favourites for its benefit that can be earned either through application or ingestion. Aloe vera has natural properties like antioxidants and anti-ageing properties. Due to these, aloe vera has the ability to tighten and nourish skin, which holds true for breasts too.

Just massage aloe vera gel on your breasts in an upward and circular motion for 15 minutes. Leave the gel for another 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Just like shea butter, continue using it 4 to 5 times a week, and you’ll be able to see the difference!

Essential Oils

Of course, as naturalites, we will always wonder what essential oil will be beneficial for something. For breast firming, it is said that geranium essential oil, fennel essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, and clary sage essential oils are beneficial. This is due to the antioxidant present in these oils that can increase the firmness of your breasts.

There are other essential oils that can be mixed together as well to make a blend for firming breasts. To make the blend, you can refer to the following recipes.

Blend 1:

4 tablespoon of sweet almond oil

2 tablespoon of hazelnut oil

(or 6 tablespoon of preferred carrier oil)

3 drops of lemon essential oil

4 drops of geranium essential oil

3 drops of orange essential oil

4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

3 drops of lemongrass essential oil

Blend 2:

1/4 cup of preferred carrier oil

5 drops of clary sage essential oil

5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

5 drops of geranium essential oil

5 drops of frankincense essential oil

5 drops of rosemary essential oil

5 drops of peppermint essential oil

5 drops of lemongrass essential oil

Breast Enlargement

Just like many other parts of our body, breasts come in different sizes. Some have bigger breasts, some have moderate breasts and some have small breasts. Either way, all are beautiful because it is a part of you, and you are beautiful. Even so to some, their breast size affects their self-esteem and causes some body issues. We encourage some self-love and self-care you can use with natural ingredients. Here are some goodies for you, ladies!


We are sure there are many of us who have heard the myth that massaging breasts will not only make our breasts firmer but larger as well. Well, it is not a myth and although it might take a while and the change is rather insignificant, massaging your breasts actually does increase the size.

This is because massage can increase blood circulation around the breasts area. It stretches the tissue within the breast region to make breasts appear bigger and firmer.

Simply put some olive oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, or argan oil on your palm, rub your hands together to warm the oil, and massage it on your breasts in an upward and circular motion for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this 4-5 times a week and you will be able to see the difference over time!

Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek is a plant that grows widely in India and the Mediterranean area. The seeds of this plant have many benefits. One of it being aiding to enlarge breasts by stimulating the Mammary Gland, which augments the breast tissue.

Fenugreek seeds also enhance the activity of hormones like estrogen and progesterone which play a vital role in breast enlargement. To use, simply:

  1. Add a little water to 1/4 cup of fenugreek powder to make a paste.
  2. Gently massage it to your breasts, then leave it on for about 10 minutes.
  • Wash it off with water.

Repeat this 2-3 times daily after a shower and before going to bed.

Fennel Seed

Fennel is rich in flavonoid which can increase the level of estrogen in the body. Estrogen is the hormone responsible in enlarging the breasts. Increasing the level of estrogen in your body will make your breasts size increase as well.


  1. Heat 2 teaspoon of fennel seeds with 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil.
  2. Turn off heat and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Apply the mixture on your breasts to massage gently for 10 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Soy Bean

Soy beans are highly rich isoflavones which act similarly to the estrogen hormone. It also contains essential protein beneficial to bodybuilding of chest and body. You can add soybean into your daily diet to boost the size of your breasts while making them firmer gradually and naturally.

One of the ways to add soybean into your diet is by consuming organic soymilk daily for breakfast and munch on steamed soybeans for snacks. Besides, soybeans are also known to be cholesterol-free, high in fibre, rich in omega-3 acid, high in phytoestrogen and antioxidants, all are essential in keeping your body fit and healthy. What a way to kill two birds with one stone!

Essential Oils

As we all know, many essential oils have multiple benefits to our health and body. The essential oils mentioned contain high antioxidants and are capable of balancing the hormones in your body.

Breast Milk Supply

Breastfeeding mummies are mostly worried if they can produce enough breast milk to feed their babies the natural nutrients that can be earned easily through body milk. Although some mommies took supplements to increase their milk supply, some are not confident and worried about the side effects these supplements might have.

Worry not, mummies! Here are some of the home remedies you can use to increase your supply of breast milk.

Fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds contain a high level of estrogen. As mentioned, estrogen is a hormone that helps to enhance breast size, elasticity and it can also help to produce milk.

Simply add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds to a cup of hot water, cover the cup for 5-10 minutes, strain the solution and drink it. Drink the fennel tea twice daily for a month and you’ll see the increasing volume of breast milk you produce!


I know this might come as a surprise to some of you reading this. Garlic has been used since the ayurvedic era as it is known for its lactogenic properties, which means it can increase breast milk supply. Consuming garlic regularly can also enhance the flavour of your breast milk.

Simply add garlic into your meal or if you are a bit hardcore, you can munch on garlic chunks as well. But be sure to consume moderately for it might cause your baby refuse to drink your breast milk!


Anise is a common ingredient in Mother’s Milk tea. It has high contents of thymol, terpineol, and anethole for promoting breast milk production. Just add anise, either chunks or grounded, into your meal for more flavour and get the benefits for your breast milk!


Almonds are full of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Its high content of phytosterol can aid in breast milk production. You can snack on raw almond or any almond food such as almond chocolate, almond milk, or almond cake. Consuming almonds daily may boost your milk supply too!

*On a side note, do observe any reaction from your baby just in case your baby is allergic to nuts!


Just like garlic, onion is an ayurvedic herb known for its ability to increase breast milk supply. This is because onion is known for its ability to prevent infection in the Mammary gland, such as dreadful mastitis.

You can add onion into your meal or be creative and make caramelized onion or onion ring. Mm… delicious!

Essential oils

The essential oils listed above are all well-known for their capabilities to aid in increasing the supply of breast milk. Simply dilute the essential oils with your chosen carrier oil. Be sure to add only one drop of the essential oil into the carrier oil. Then massage it to your breasts, avoiding the nipple area.

Bonus: For mummies who have overflowing breast milk, you can reduce milk production by using peppermint essential oil. But for those who have a less or normal flow of breast milk, avoid using peppermint essential oil.

It is also important to note that the essential oils listed below should be avoided you are breastfeeding your baby, for they can reduce the supply of breast milk and may bring harm to your baby.

The essential oils to avoid are:

  • Eucalyptus essential oil
  • Myrrh essential oil
  • Rosemary essential oil
  • Sage essential oil
  • Nutmeg essential oil
