WHAT IT IS
Polyquaternium-39 is defined as a polymeric quaternary ammonium salt of DADMAC and acrylamide. It appears in a clear, colourless viscous liquid with a mild, aldehydic odor.
It causes the smooth, velvety feel and reduces the tightness after drying skin.
COMMONLY FOUND IN
Mostly found in face and neck creams, lotions and powders. It is also used in indoor tanning preparations.
CAUSES & EFFECTS
Polyquaternium-39 is considered as a non-irritant to the eyes and skin.
